Dear SEC, Attached is a letter endorsing Carl Stevenson for the IEEE-SA international award and the IEEE-SA International Award Nomination form for your review. I would like to entertain a motion to authorize forwarding of the endorsement letter to the IEEE-SA. I need a mover and seconder so I can send this out for an SEC email letter ballot. Please respond to me, as soon as I get a mover/seconder I will start the email ballot.
