RE: [802SEC] Tentative agenda/time for ad hoc EC meeting during JanuaryInterim session

As you know Sunday is totally out for me too, as this is filled with 802.11 work all day.

The meeting is very important to me and as I stated previously, the other days I cannot attend are only the 3 plenary sessions of 802.11 WG on Monday 8-10 am, Wednesday 10:30 am -12:30 pm, and Friday 8-10 am. Any other time is OK by me.

I really hope that we can do this meeting during the Vancouver session.

Many of us are already committed for Sunday night ( and afternoon ).

Perhaps nobody saw my message ... both Monday and Tuesday evenings are

What about Sunday evening in the "rules meeting" time slot???

Paul,  Actually Tuesday evening didnt work for me either, so I definitely support the Monday evening time, which no one objected to.

A couple EC members (Bob Grow and Carl Stevenson) have conflicts with meeting on Tuesday evening.

Therefore, my recommendation is to have the meeting on Monday evening (approx 6pm-9pm)--are there any objections?
