Done. There will henceforth appear an indication of modification date at
the top of the minutes, if they are modified from the original.

It would be helpful when there are multiple revisions of the minutes to
included a revision number or revision date and time, perhaps as a
footer or some where on the first page as part of the title block, so
that one can determine which revision one has.
