Re: [802SEC] P&P issue on TV Band PAR



Mat-

It is obvious to me that the rule is wrong.

The requirement SHOULD be that the PAR is "put before the EC and interested
parties in a public manner" (as should all normal business of the EC).

The practical implementation of this would be to mail it to the SEC
reflcetor so that it would get to everybody (members and those officially
or unofficially engaged in oversight) via mail and would also be filed on
the EC reflector archive.

Put it on the list of things to fix and urge forlks to do the right thing
in the meantime.
