[802SEC] Fw: Potential IEEE-SA CAG standards project

Dear EC members,

Please see the attached information with respect to a potential IEEE SA CAG
project for your review.  If you think 802 should develop a position on this
work--please explain and make a EC motion to send the position statement to
the CAG chair.
