[802SEC] WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION+++EC Email Ballot+++ ENDS 10AUG +++ motion to approve forwarding of 802.11p PAR to NesCom

Dear EC members,
 
I am withdrawing the below motion, since we are waiting for Stuart and Bob Heile to submit their closing WG reports to Bob O'Hara.  As soon as that is done, I'll re-instate the motion.  I apologize for the error.

Dear EC members,
 
This is an EC email ballot to make a determination on the following motion:
 
Request the IEEE 802 Executive Committee to approve the PAR - 802.11p -Wireless Access in Vehicular Environments (Amendment to the 802.11 Standard), & 5 Criteria – and forward to NESCOM.
Mover: Stuart Kerry
Second: Bob Heile
 
The PAR and five criteria are attached.  Please recall this is a continuation of the motion made during the July closing EC meeting.
 
The ballot opens 6pm edt 26 July 2004 and closes in 15 days on 6pm edt 10 August 2004.
