This memo is to provide you with the information required to ship any IEEE 802 AV/Office equipment and/or meeting materials to our next Plenary at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, and the St. Anthony (A Wyndham Hotel). Please arrange to ship directly to: Hyatt Regency San Antonio Attn: Curt Voris – Convention Services Manager 123 Losoya St 210-222-1234 Please indicate on the packages –“Please HOLD for IEEE 802 MEETING – November 14-19, 2004 c/o Darcel Moro, IEEE 802 Meeting Manager ” Please note: It is up to your discretion as to when and how to ship. However, please have your package(s) delivered to the hotel between Tuesday, November 9th and Friday, November 12th to ensure your package arrives on time. Should you be shipping internationally, please allow extra time to clear customs.
