[802SEC] letter from China's MII

Dear EC,

I have received a reply from Wen Ku of China's Ministry of
Information Industry to our liaison letter. I have filed the letter
here:
        http://ieee802.org/16/liaison/docs/802China04_01r5.pdf

I find it to be quite positive.

Mr. Wen notes that he will attend 802.16's session in Sanya, China
later this month. As we proposed, Jim Carlo and I will plan to meet
with him. Please let me know if you have issues you'd like us to
discuss.

Roger
