This memo is to provide you with the information required to ship any IEEE 802 AV/Office equipment and/or meeting materials to our next Plenary at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. Please arrange to ship directly to: Hyatt Regency Atlanta Attn: Eris Sims - Catering and Conventions Services Manager 265 Peachtree Street Please indicate on the packages –“Please HOLD for IEEE 802 MEETING – March 13 - 18, 2005 c/o Darcel Moro, IEEE 802 Meeting Manager ” Please note: It is up to your discretion as to when and how to ship. However, please have your package(s) delivered to the hotel between Tuesday, March 8th and Friday, March 11th to ensure your package arrives on time. Should you be shipping internationally, please allow extra time to clear customs.
