[802SEC] Reminder: opening plenary meeting slides

Dear EC members,

 

Thanks to Stuart, Tony, Karen, Steven Shellhammer, Jerry and Bob Grow for their files. Everyon else, please remember to send me your slides by 7pm et today (Sunday 13 March 2005.)

 

If you can't generate a PDF, send me the powerpoint and I'll create the PDF for you.

 

I'll place all the PDFs in a common directory on a laptop attached to the project at the opening plenary meeting, and all you'll have to do is open your presentation and start talking.

Please send me the slides you will be presenting at the Monday opening plenary meeting by 7pm et Sunday.  I will put all the files on one PC that we'll use for the presentations, that was definitely quicker last plenary.

 

Please convert the slides to PDF format and use the following naming convention:

 

WG and TAGs: dotxx_date   (where date is 14032005)

 

appointed positions: VC1_date, VC2_date, TREAS_date, ES_date, RS_date, ME_date
