Re: [802SEC] Tracking EC email motions in plenary minutes.

Hmmm... Perhaps it was because they were not actually presented to the
EC or at the plenary session. I keep pretty good track of exactly which
slides are presented in these multi-topic files. If it was not on the
screen, I don't include it in the minutes.

There is always the chance that I did not correctly capture the slide
numbers, as well.

Pat,

Please check with Mat Sherman on the specifics of exactly when to start
the
motion on rules changes. I'm pretty sure you can start immediately.

As for the results of email motions prior to the March plenary session,
they
were in my opening EC presentation (attached), page 20, but they didn't
survive the cut-and-paste into the minutes. Sorry, that was a erroneous

assumption on my part.

Paul,

When should I start the motion on the rules change on tracking EC email
motions?

Also, when I put up the motion for a rules change to add a requirement
that
our between meeting motion results be reported in the opening plenary
minutes, I think you said that they already were in the minutes as part
of
your status report. I have been through the March opening and closing EC

minutes (which together approach 400 pages) and I can't find them there
except for a report on the controversial international meeting one which
I'm
pretty sure wasn't the only motion we did in that interval. I checked
the
March opening minutes as well and I don't see them. Can you point me to
where they are?

Regards,
Pat
