PS:  For future reference, if any EC member should get a report from an attendee of illegal or harassing behavior, please recommend that they at least report it to the Hotel Security, and the local police if it is a clear instance of law violation.  This establishes the credibility of the report so that we can request some action be taken to mitigate the risk of a repeat offense.

My impression is that no report was filed though I will try to get more information on this for you. He had narrated the incident informally to me.

The person may currently be in transit from Australia to go to IETF meeting, so the earliest I would be able to get some information is Monday/Tuesday.
