[802SEC] Proposed P&P Revision ballot titled 'Editorial'

Folks,

 

I will be proposing the attached document for balloting today.  It is my
intent to expand the content of this document to include the entire LMSC
P&P.  The key for the vote is to set the scope of the revision rather
than specific text.  The intent is that substantive changes not be
permitted.
