Re: [802SEC] Indemnification memo



All,

I expected this topic to generate a lot of discussion as it touches on a 
very important aspect of our work as standards volunteers.  Bob Heile makes 
a good point that there are other examples of non-indemnifiable behaviour 
that should be communicated to the group.  Please look at Friday's 
indeminfication memo is a starting point--I'll amend it as appropriate as I 
gather more information. I would like to hear from the EC members as to any 
additional examples you feel should be included in a future memo.  My plan 
is to collect the input and issue an updated memo prior to the March plenary 
session.
