[802SEC] Executive Committee Summary of 802.19 PAR Development

IEEE 802 Executive Committee Members,

 

            I have compiled a summary of information on the development
of the 802.19 PAR including results of ballots and meetings held.

 

            This is typically the type of information the EC members are
interested and I figured it would be best to compile the information
before the Denver meeting so I did not have to do it at the last minute.
