[802SEC] IEEE 802 newcomer orientation
To document what was said this morning, the presentation is from 10-11
Monday morning (the hour before the IEEE 802 plenary session. The slides
for the newcomer orientation are available at:

IEEE 802.22 has volunteered to take responsibility for the November 07
presentation. I need groups to volunteer for the March and July
presentations. The presenter should be someone with IEEE 802 leadership
experience (e.g. WG vice chair, task force chair).
