[802SEC] Conditional Approval for P802.17b to RevCom

Dear EC, 

The Sponsor Ballot recirculation of P802.17b D2.3 closed last night 
with 100% approval rate and no new comments. The two negative
voters flipped their votes. 

I have submitted P802.17b to RevCom based on the conditional approval
received at the November Plenary meeting.
