[802SEC] results of WG/TAG Membership numbers

Dear EC members,

Thanks for the quick response to the below inquiry, everyone except for one person respoded before the end of the day yesterday.

The estimated totals are as follows:  
- the total number of WG memberships: 1393 (remember a single individual can have multiple WG memberships)
- the total number of unique participants in the MAR, JUL and NOV plenaries: 2107
