[802SEC] ITU-R Liaison for the March Meeting

Dear EC,

Attached is a liaison from ITU-R that will be considered at the March
Plenary.

*	Document 5A/TEMP/9(rev.1)-E, "Liaison Statement to External
Organizations - Request for Input for a Revision of Recommendation ITU-R
M.1801". This is consequential to the modification of M.1457 by the
addition of OFDMA-TDD-WMAN so should be considered by 802.16

There will still be at least one additional document from ITU-R. I will
circulate it just as soon as it is received.
