Dear EC members,

Please find attached an updated draft (clean and change bar) of the IEEE 
P802.3av press release based on the comments I have received. I haven't 
received any comments on the IEEE P802.3at or the IEEE P802.3bc press 
release drafts so they remain unchanged.
