[802SEC] Comments on 802.16n PAR

Roger,

               The IEEE 802.19 WG reviewed the 802.16n PAR and would like to provide the following comment,

802.16n
Title
The Title "Standard for Local and metropolitan area networks Part 16: Air Interface for Broadband Wireless Access Systems Standard for Air Interface for Broadband Wireless Access Systems Standard for Air Interface for Broadband Wireless Access Systems Amendment: Higher Reliability Networks" seems redundant and difficult to understand in that several phrases are repeated.
