I failed to actually update the web page until today, so now the
documents are actually available at:

The current OM is named:
IEEE_802_LMSC_OM_approved_120725.pdf
The last P&P approved by the EC is named:
IEEE_802_LMSC_PandP_approved_120720.pdf
However, this had not been approved by AudCom as it doesn't conform to
the current baseline. We will be considering and updated version to
submit this November that does conform with the baseline.

I have updated the OM and P&P links on the IEEE 802 web page, they are

The are a lot of editorial changes (formatting) in the OM. I have
posted a version that shows the changes for your viewing pleasure.
The OM changes were effective 20 July 2012 at 6 pm PDT.
I have not yet heard from AudCom yet regarding P&P changes. They were
supposed to be on the agenda for the August meeting.
