During the EC meeting in San Diego, the 802.18 liaison to WP5A was reviewed, but not approved. Roger Marks sent us a nicely revised version, which was then reviewed by 802.18, a few minor edits were incorporated, and the group approved the new version on August
25th.
That document is attached for your review. I would like to start a 10-day EC ballot next week, once everyone has had a chance to look at it.
