Re: [802SEC] IEEE-SA Fellowship Program at IEEE 802 Schedule

Dear All:

We have had an addition to the IEEE-SA Fellowship Program at IEEE 802 - Mr. Vipin Tyagi, Executive Director & Chairman of the Board for the Centre for Development of Telematics in India has joined the program.  Information about the Fellowship Program participants and their interests can be found in the attached document.  

I would also kindly ask if you could please let me know by Thursday, 6 July, if you (or your designee representing your working group) will be participating in the meeting on Sunday, 9 July at 10:30, "Introduction to IEEE 802" (if you have not yet responded already).

Lastly, I have updated the list of meetings that the Fellow Program participants will be attending, based on your feedback and the changes in the schedule below:

Monday, 10 July
10:30 - 12:30 - IEEE 802.11 Opening Plenary - All

13:30 - 15:30 - IEEE 802.11 Newcomer Training - Abdoulaye Ouedraogo, Yvonne Umutoni and Vipin Tyagi

13:30 - 15:30 - IEEE 802.15 LPWA - Achime Malick Ndiaye

Tuesday, 11 July

Thursday, 13 July

13:30 - 15:30 - IEEE 802.16 - Irene Kaggwa-Sewankambo and Yvonne Umutoni (meeting may be cancelled if work completes early)

Attached please find the schedule for the IEEE-SA Fellowship Program at IEEE 802 for the IEEE 802 Plenary in Berlin.  All members of the EC are invited to attend any part of the program.  Please note that the Fellowship Program schedule will not be posted to the IEEE 802 schedule.  Should room assignments change, I will notify you accordingly.

All of the Fellowship Program participants will be attending the following meetings:
- IEEE 802 Opening EC (until 8:45)
- IEEE 802 Newcomer Orientation
- IEEE 802.18 meetings on Tuesday and Thursday.
- JTC 1 Standing Committee meeting on Tuesday
- IEEE 802.11 Closing Plenary
- IEEE 802 EC Closing Session

The following Fellows are scheduled to attend the following Working Group meetings (schedules were developed based on their areas of interest and WG Chair input).  Please note that these meetings are suggested - schedules may change depend on the Fellows Program participants' interests.
