[802SEC] 802.11ax CSD approval

Dear EC members,

For information,
I was wrong when I stated that 802.11ax has a grandfathered 5C. It does,  in fact,  have a CSD. The WG will review and approve the CSD in the usual way prior to bringing any PAR modification 
motion to the EC.
