Colleagues,

At the November plenary, the EC granted conditional approval to forward P802.1CM to Sponsor Ballot. Here is the report, per OM Clause 11:

a) The recirculation balloting is complete. Only the first recirculation ballot occurred in accordance to the plan presented.

b) The approval rate is 100%.

c) No technical changes have been made.

d) There were no new valid DISAPPROVE comments.

e) There were no new invalid DISAPPROVE comments.

f) The ballot closed on Jan 8^th -- vote tally can be found here:

Having met the conditions, I will make the request to initiate Sponsor Ballot.
