I have the following comments.

 

  1. I attended the meeting and signed the circulated list of attendees.  However my details do not show as an attendee. Please add: “Messenger, John, ADVA Optical Networking Ltd.”
  2. The table of “Other Attendees” on page 2 has two columns entitled “Employer/Affiliation”.  This is incorrect.
  3. Many links in the agenda items and minutes have missing hyphens due to cut and paste errors.  Note that, for consent agenda items, the same incorrect text appears both in the agenda section and in the motions section.
