i like Roger's and Dorothy's edits also. 

all, i will make a r05 later this afternoon.  
with so many voting on the #2 ballot already, i will carry your approval forward since these are editorial (and improve the text), unless i hear otherwise from you.

Paul has delegated to me to conduct a LMSC(EC) 10-day electronic ballot on the motion below to approve our comments to the FCC.  With that we would like to see everyone respond.
 
This EC motion is per 802 OM 7.2 Procedure for communication with government bodies.
 
• Motion:  Move to approve the comments in mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/19/18-19-0106-04-0000-uwb-petition-reply-802.docx response to FCC’s public notice RM-11844 on a UWB Petition for Rule Making. With the chair of 802.18 to have editorial privileges and submit to the FCC before 15 August 2019.
