[802SEC] Clause 12 report for IEEE P802.3cg 10 Mb/s Single Pair Ethernet to RevCom

Dear EC members,

On the October 2019 IEEE 802 Teleconference Interim meeting, conditional approval was granted to forward IEEE P802.3cg 10 Mb/s Single Pair Ethernet to RevCom. Details are provided in the attached report, but in summary the response to the IEEE 802 LMSC Operations Manual Clause 12 'Procedure for conditional approval to forward a draft standard' items are as follows:

a) The recirculation balloting is complete. The
fourth recirculation ballot occurred generally in
   accordance to the plan presented.

b) The approval rate is 93%, there were no new
   DISAPPROVE votes.

c) No technical changes have been made.

d) There are no new valid DISAPPROVE comments on new
issues. A total of three comments were submitted,
one reads 'This draft meets all editorial requirements.'.
The other two comments, which were associated with an
existing DISAPPROVE vote, were determined by the
comment resolution group to be restatements of previous
comments that have already been recirculated.

e) There are no new invalid DISAPPROVE votes.

f) Please see the attached for the date the ballot
   closed and the vote tally.

Based on the above IEEE P802.3cg will remain on the November 2019 RevCom agenda.

Best regards,
  David
