To make sure we have the most accurate data at the time of transition, we have decided to disable access to all connected applications when we migrate to our new system. Once the data update is complete and our synchronization processes are in place, we will be able to re-enable access to mentor and IMAT.We expect to be able to bring back access to mentor and IMAT early in the day on Monday.Regards,Greg

Subject: myProject Release & Transition Update
Dear myProject User:
We would like to provide an update on the upcoming release of the newly
improved IEEE SA myProject during the week of 26 January 2020!
We are now approaching the second phase of the rollout and will be moving
forward with the data freeze on Sunday 26 January. As a result of this, you
will experience the planned disruption in access to myProject, Mentor and
As previously stated, we will experience service interruption for 3-5
business days. This period will be used to verify the data transition and
transition the pre-production to production and testing the disaster
recovery site. If verification fails, we will restore access to the old
system and reschedule transition. Note, it is anticipated that Mentor and
IMAT may come online prior to the new myProject application.
For more information on some of the key updates to the application, please
see the following document:
