Subject: IEEE SA Governance meetings (BOG, SASB, CAG) - important updates - APRIL-JUNE meetings are now virtual-only meetings

The IEEE SA Board of Governors Ad Hoc Council met today (13 March 2020).

There was a motion:
Move that the CAG meeting scheduled for April (Grenoble, France), the BOG meeting scheduled for May (Osaka, Japan), and the SASB meeting scheduled for June (Berlin, Germany) will now be held as virtual-only meetings. The motion was unanimously approved.

Meetings for July-December will remain as scheduled, for now. The BOG Ad Hoc Council will likely meet multiple times to ensure that continual review occurs.
