The draft agenda for the May 5 teleconference has been uploaded -

All should review this agenda and send me their requests for agenda items.
At the moment I am cautioning all to not make the assumption that I will
recall prior discussions of agenda items for 5/5.
Please note that since the July 2020 meeting is still being considered a
Plenary, there is a discussion of whether elections should be held remotely.
The chair has directed me to request that all EC members consider this
situation, and be prepared to discuss at the May 5 meeting.
Regarding consent agenda items for the May 5 meeting -
EC Teleconference - 5/5 Consent Agenda Request & Supporting
Material: 4/27, 5pm ET
* To request an item to be placed on the consent agenda, an email with
the subject field noting "+++ EC Consent Agenda - Topic +++" should be sent
to the IEEE 802 Recording Secretary and the IEEE 802 EC Reflector. Motions
should follow the motion template, if applicable, and include the a mover
and a second from a member of the EC Voting Membership.
* Supporting WG votes relevant to the requested consent item should be
provided by 5:00pm ET the day before (Monday) the EC teleconference.
* Any requested consent agenda items not meeting this criteria will be
removed from the Consent Agenda.
* Any item can be removed from the consent agenda prior to the
approval of the agenda, per normal operation.
