[802SEC] +++ EC Consent Agenda - IEEE 802.18 item - request +++

For submission to ITU-R WP 5A via ITU-R Liaison before 2 weeks before ITU-R WP 5A next meeting. The Chair of 802.18 is authorized to make editorial changes as necessary.
