John – please add me. A little concerned that this is becoming the ‘all 802 ec’ ad hoc, but at least to the extent that I’m treasurer and this may have financial implications, I need to be aware…

As discussed at the Sept 802 EC Teleconference, I will be leading an ad hoc exploring plenary meeting reorganization.

 

I have worked with Paul to develop its scope:

  • Explore use of electronic EC sessions to maximize face-to-face meeting time for volunteers at 802 Plenary sessions and make a recommendation to the 802 EC for approval at the 30 Oct 2020 EC meeting

 

The following individuals contacted me regarding their participation in this ad hoc:

  • Roger Marks

 

If I missed anyone – I apologize – and please send me an email indicating your desire to participate.

 

I am planning on setting up 2 calls between now and prior to the Oct 30 802 EC Call, and will send out invites next week.
