I will add your item to the agenda as a regular item.  Please note per the Chair’s Guidelines

 

For the IEEE 802 EC Opening Plenary Meetings, or for IEEE 802 EC Teleconferences, requests to add items to the consent agenda shall be received by Monday 5 pm ET, the week before the respective meeting. The request shall include any supporting documentation (entered as a Mentor document)."

For submission to ITU-R WP 5A via ITU-R Liaison prior to 2 weeks before ITU-R WP 5A next meeting. The Chair of 802.18 is authorized to make editorial changes as necessary.

      This approval is under LMSC OM “Procedure for communication with government bodies”
