George,

 

                Thanks for the Treasurer’s report.  I am fine with a fee for the Electronic Plenary Session.  I support following the current “deadbeat” rules.

 

                I was unsure about the deadline for paying, since we normally have multiple deadlines, but that may not make sense for an Electronic Plenary Session.

 

                I saw on Slide 9 that it says “Executive Secretary & Treasurer to implement as per 5.4 of the LMSC Operations Manual and provide lists of noncompliant individuals to WG chairs at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the July plenary”

 

                I am not sure I understand that.  Are we saying an individual has to pay two weeks before the meeting or they are noncompliant?

 

                Can you elaborate?   You can of course explain it during tomorrows EC meeting.
