"It is expected that IEEE 802 LMSC members will vote as both professionals and as individual  experts, except under the Directed Position provisions, as defined in Error: Reference source not  found, ..."

Did you intend to delete ",except under the Directed Position provisions, as defined in Error: Reference source not  found,"?
