Grant a retrospective fee waiver to Monisha Ghosh (University of Chicago) for the November 2021 IEEE 802 plenary session.

Rationale: Monisha Ghosh attended one session of IEEE 802.11 Coexistence Standing Committee (SC), at the invitation of the SC Chair, during the IEEE 802 plenary for the sole purpose of presenting preliminary research measurements related to Wi-Fi/LAA coexistence in real deployments. Her report provided source material that will allow the Coexistence SC to better understand the scope of potential coexistence issues.
