[802SEC] IEEE P802.3df Beyond Standards blog post

Dear EC members,
 
Based on the approval of the IEEE P802.3df 200 Gb/s, 400 Gb/s, 800 Gb/s, and 1.6 Tb/s Ethernet PAR during the recent IEEE-SA Standards Board meeting, I've arranged for the development of the Beyond Standards blog post. The draft blog post is available at <https://mentor.ieee.org/802-ec/dcn/21/ec-21-0314-00-00EC-ieee-p802-3df-beyond-standards-blog-post.pdf>. Since the development of this blog post was at the request of the Task Force Chair and myself, I'll be seeking IEEE 802 EC approval of the blog post during the Tuesday 4 January 2022 IEEE 802 EC teleconference.
 
I would like to request a review prior to the IEEE 802 EC teleconference, therefore please provide comments on the draft blog post by Wednesday 29 December 2021 11:59 PM AOE.
