[802SEC] Review of two 802 submissions to ITU-R Working Party 5A before proceeding to a motion

Dear EC members,

I would like to request the review of two IEEE 802 submissions to ITU-R Working Party 5A before proceeding to a motion.  Please kindly provide comments on the draft submissions available at <https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/22/18-22-0131-05-0000-proposed-modifications-to-itu-r-m-1450-5-for-wp5a-nov-2022.docx> and <https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/22/18-22-0132-02-0000-proposed-ieee-802-s-views-on-annex-17-to-doc-5a-597-for-wp5a-nov-2022.docx>. by Monday 24 October 2022 A.O.E.  I also attach the copies here for your convenience.

For 18-22/0131r5, please note that it is an updated IEEE 802 submission that the IEEE 802 EC has approved in March 2022.  For this version, the new materials are the embedded comments highlighted in yellow with prefix "IEEE 802: ".
