Per Chair’s Guidelines Clause 2.13 Consent Agenda  –

For the IEEE 802 LMSC Opening Plenary Meetings, or for IEEE 802 LMSC Teleconferences, requests to add items to the consent agenda should be received by Monday 5 pm ET, the week before the 15 IEEE 802 LMSC Chair's Guidelines and Standards Committee Policy Decisions, v35 03/17/2023 respective meeting. The request shall include any supporting documentation (entered as a Mentor document)."

I object to your placement of these motions on the consent agenda.  Rules have been established and should be followed.

I am requesting that these items be part of the normal agenda.

Dear Paul,

You may.  If there is any request to pull any of the motions from the consent agenda, I may need 5 mins each.

P.S.:  I am perfectly aware of the arrangement that the first hour of the call is dedicated to the discussion on the type of plenary meetings going forward.

Regards,
Edward
