Hi Bob, I have reviewed all of the
ballots provided to upamd-vote@xxxxxxxx
and included both ballots. The first ballot included the
questions; Question 1; Do you wish to be a voting member
of the UPAMD/P1823 Committee -- 17 Yes, 2 No. Question 2; Do you approve the UPAMD Working
Group Policies and Procedures – 19 Approve, 0 Do Not Approve Below you state that we have 31
voting members, so I have to presume that others have contacted you regarding
membership outside of the voting reflector. The second ballot includes the
following candidates; For
Chairman;
Bob Davis = 16 For
Vice-Chairman; Leonard Tsai =
16 For
Secretary;
Austin Stoudenmire = 16 From either measure, (reflector,
or additional membership collection) we have a quorum and a valid election. Congratulations! For record keeping purposes,
would you please send me the entire list of members and their email addresses
so I can incorporate them into the membership/voting database? (off-reflector

received some ballots after the closure of the election. I did not count them
in the final tally just to ensure that we do not have questions on whether or
not quorum was achieved properly. I based this determination on the time-stamp
