Very good list. Thanks to Rene.
However, should this be a hard request or soft recommended practice?

Subject: Standards references for certification
In light of certification, because we do not want "bad" products out there; as I heard Bob say, herewith a list of standards that I know of, that talk about power supplies and their performance specifically.
IEEE 1515 IEEE Recommended Practice for Electronic Power Subsystems: Parameter Definitions, Test Conditions, and Test Methods
IEEE 1573 IEEE Recommended Practice for Electronic Power Subsystems: Parameters, Interfaces, Elements, and Performance
IEC 60478 Stabilized Power Supplies, d.c. output
IEC 61558 Safety of power transformers, power supply units and similar
IEC 61204 Low-voltage power supply devices, d.c. output
IPC 9592 Performance Parameters for Power Conversion Devices
As a fan of harmonization, I would hate to see conflicting demands.
Please feel free to amend the list.
