Here is the notice for the next meeting. NOTE THE DIFFERENT TIME! This is encourage more European participation. If this works well with good participation, I will plan on alternating times of 0000Z and 1400Z to keep everybody working on this project a convenient way of participating.

Attached is the preliminary agenda and the unapproved minutes of the last meeting and the list of more local dial-in numbers from around the world.

To get a good start on the goals/requirements for the connector, communications, and power groups please send your ideas framed as a requirements statement to the reflector. From these we can distill and vote on the final set for each of the work areas. Please try not to propose any specific solution, just the set of conditions that must be met to be successful.

For the candidates for the Chairs of the subcommittees, please send a short statement to reflector to the effect that you are available for serving in this capacity and a little background. Please note that I need to select candidates that are in a neutral position, not offering a solution, with respect to the subcommittee that they would chair.
