Brief Bio
Hi, I'm Mark Anderson and I will be chairing the connector group.
I am currently a PhD student at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in
Computer Science working on the simulation of 802.11 networks.
My Masters degree is in Electrical Engineering, also from RPI, where I
working on building micro-passives (specifically inductors) for
integrated DC-DC converters.
I have a BS in EE from RPI as well. After which I worked in VLSI
design at IBM for high speed I/Os, mostly for our proprietary
interfaces between zSeries (S/390) machines, as well as more
conventional I/O like PCI Express. We were also responsible for PLLs
and Memory interfaces. Essentially, we were tasked with any kind of
mixed signal circuit design.
