I have had 16 responses to this notice.   Please respond even if you cannot make one of the dates.  I would like to get above the 15% response to know if the timing is good. There are currently 7 responded that can make the 26 October date and 4 that could make the 12 October date.

To facilitate a Face to Face meeting we need to pick a date sufficient in the future to allow transport scheduling.  I believe the preferred date was 26 October with a possibility of earlier date of 12 October.   Please check in to the Doodle poll at the address below and register your preference.  It is possible to select both.

 

This meeting would be in the San Francisco South Bay area.
