Background reading from DOE

UPAMD,

 

Thanks to a note from Ari Reeves, who has been following the UPAMD progress, here are the pointers to latest DOE document analyzing the market that we are addressing.   This includes a report and a set of documents in excel format to understand the products from a efficiency to a raw cost-of-good breakdown.  This will definitely take some coffee to read and study.
