1.) Open the Mac Hard Drive
2.) Open the Applications folder
3.) Open the Utilities folder
4.) Open the Java folder
5.) If you see Java Preferences file, delete it, empty trash
6.) If you see J2SE folder, Open it
7.) Delete Java preferences file, empty trash
8.) Reboot the Mac
9.) Then start/join session
If these steps fail, please attempt the following:
1.) Open up the MacHD --> Users Folder --> Your username --> Library --> Application Support --> Trash the WebEx Folder
2.) Go back to the User Folder --> Library --> Internet-Plugins
3.) Trash the WebEx-Plugins Folder
4.) Go back to the User Folder --> Library --> Preferences
5.) Trash all WebEx Preference files (3-6 possible prefs) (note that all preferences begin with webex in the filename)
6.) Open up the MacHD --> Applications --> Utilities --> Terminal
7.) type: rm -rf .webex (return)
8.) type exit (return)
9.) Empty Trash (not all items may be removed, if not empty trash again after reboot)
10.) Reboot system (if necessary)
11.) Perform a spotlight search for webex to verify all WebEx files have been removed properly.
12.) Start or join into a meeting.
