V.    Communications Goals – Edgar Brown

a.         Review Subcommittee Chair presentation and subcommittee progress.

b.        Draft reorganization for easier reading

c.         Data transfer protocols being reduced to those needed.

d.        Restricted device enumeration and conditions?

e.         Using Termination Resistor to identify non-communicating devices

VI.   Power Goals – Paul Panepinto

a.         Review Subcommittee Chair presentation and subcommittee progress.

b.        Adapter/Source power priority strategy – Review Changes to Initial message

c.         Revised power charts Still in progress – review some of the changes

d.        Revisiting policy for handling restricted device:

i.  Change connector for restricted devices to prevent accidental connection?

ii. Require that restricted devices provide the isolation or other special requirement in the Sink. All sources are the same?

e.         Possible revisions to Scope and Purpose.

VII.  Connector Goals – Mark Anderson

a.         Review Subcommittee Chair presentation and subcommittee progress.

b.        Target definition and target pin surface shape, single com pin Target

c.         Reworked connector and cable section in current Draft

VIII. Conformity/Certification Goals – Bob Noseworthy?

a.         Objectives  ?

IX.   New Business

a.         Delay Face-2-Face meeting to clean up draft reorganization

X.    UPAMD Working Group Meeting Schedule:

a.         14 February 2012 at the 5PM Pacific time slot

b.        28 February 2012 at the 5PM Pacific time slot

XI.   Other concerns of the group

a.         Subcommittee meetings are scheduled in same time slot as Working Group meeting.

i.  Connector Committee – same week on Thursday.

ii. Communication Committee meets following week on Tuesday

iii.                Conformity Committee – meets following week  on Wednesday?

iv.                Power Committee - meets following week,  on Thursday
