Two observations:
1) Sending unsolicited SPAM, which, at least in the UK, and I believe in
other countries too, is illegal activity, seems to me to be a curious way
to advertise "legal" services.
2) On at least some of the 802 email lists, we have successfully
implemented filters that prevent messages that carry the most common forms
of confidentiality notices from being distributed. Seems to me that
implementing similar filters on this email list (maybe all IEEE email
lists?) would be a smart move.
